Situated along Kaanapali Beachwalk, The Westin Maui Resort & Spa’s signature Tropica Restaurant & Bar delights customers with farm-inspired menu selections and an extensive wine list.

Cozy beachfront seating present couples with unrivalled sunset and ocean views while the main outdoor dining area is designed with seating for families and friend get-togethers, of any size. Two koi ponds anchor each side of the restaurant with fire bowl pits that infuse a warm ambience and feel. Surrounded by tumbling waterfalls and lighted tiki torches, the picturesque setting offers guests a distinctive dining experience.

Here, chef de cuisine Jennifer Evetushick has introduced an eclectic fusion of Euro-Pacific and Hawaiian specialties in the restaurant’s extensive menu. Her signature selections include Ahi & Crisp Pork Belly; Tropica Ceviche; Hamakua Mushroom Flat Bread; Roasted Beet Salad; Pacific  Seafood Pho; and Pineapple/Polenta Genoise.

At Tropica Bar, bartender mixologist Fred Sconfienza delights guests with sustainable cocktails. New cocktail faves include Sin Nombre, Upcountry Spice, Okole Wow, Fresh & Hot and the award-winning Dragonberry Bomb.
