13 May Organic Tequila Pairing Dinner at Sangrita Grill + Cantina
Explore the connection between tequila’s cultural heritage and the pure expression of terroir that is found in 123 Organic Tequila! As part of Sangrita’s special event series, Chef Paris Nabavi will host tequila expert David Ravandi, founder of 123 Organic Tequila, for a special food and tequila pairing dinner on Saturday, May 24 at 6:30 pm.

When David Ravandi envisioned 123 Organic Tequila (Uno Dos Tres), he was inspired to design a brand specifically with wine enthusiasts in mind. The intimate dinner at the new Sangrita Grill + Cantina in Ka’anapali will pair Mexican specialties with Ravandi’s ultra premium tequila. Ravandi will be on site at Maui’s only tequila and mezcal bar to discuss the making of the tequila and share stories of his prestigious global career.
The delicate floral aromas and complex mineral flavors found in 123 Organic Tequila are the result of artisanal, small-batch distillation and estate hand bottling.

Chef Paris Nabavi will present the menu, featuring oyster shooters, scallop ceviche, seafood chile rellenos, and lamb barbacoa finished off with a Mexican chocolate tamale.
