Chef/Partner Ivan Pahk is our Executive Chef at Maui Fish & Pasta, has created a menu to reflect his interests in fresh house-made pastas, also utilizing the freshest ingredients possible from local farmers statewide. With that being said our menu has not yet been finalized as we are trying to establish our “brand” and make a bold statement with our food.

We have a broad range of items in all our services from our House-made family recipe Meatloaf Loco Moco at breakfast, Chef Ivan’s house-made pastas paired with fresh Mahi for lunch and 5-7 different Fresh fish and pasta specials for dinner. The general price range for Breakfast is $4.95 -$15.95, Lunch $6.95-$17.95 and Dinner $9.95-$32.
