The resort is partnering with Lahaina-based Kohola Brewery on the new dinner experience, which will take place at the resort’s signature restaurant Black Rock Kitchen from 5:30 – 9 p.m., with live entertainment from local duo Brian & Meryl. Created by the resort’s Executive Chef Lyndon Honda, the Pāʻina at Keka‘a menu will highlight a blend of coastal favorites, including clams, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, corn on the cob, potatoes and Portuguese sausage simmered in a Kohola Brewery beer broth, featuring the brewery’s Kai Ala Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale, with grainy-sweet flavors and spicy, citrusy notes. Not a seafood lover? Grilled selections like chicken, barbecue ribs and steak are also included.

“Clambakes are a summertime culinary tradition, and we are excited to bring this fun, seasonal offering to guests, visitors and locals,” said Mireille Tardif, hotel manager for Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. “Pāʻina at Keka‘a is about celebrating summer with friends and family while enjoying live music, fresh seafood, barbecue favorites and craft beers.”
