No Ka ‘Oi Cinnamon Rolls – Made with Aloha

Victoria Briggs Owner of No Ka 'Oi Cinnamon RollsNew to the food court in the Whalers Village is No Ka ‘Oi Cinnamon Rolls. We spoke with owner and baker, Victoria Briggs, about how she started her journey to making amazing cinnamon rolls on Maui.

Victoria has lived on Maui off-and-on for the past 20 years. Having two daughters, Victoria wanted to start a Christmas tradition and she felt cinnamon rolls would be perfect. Explaining to us that she could make them the night before and bake them in the morning while they were opening presents and fill her home with the yummy smells of cinnamon and sweetness.

Everyone that tried her rolls absolutely loved them. From her home kitchen she began baking them for friends and family. Last April, Victoria decided to get serious about her cinnamon rolls so she found a commercial kitchen to bake in and now distributes to several popular Maui locations. This is a tasty addition to the Kaanapali area so be sure to stop by her shop in Whalers Village open daily from 7am – 1pm.
