Terms and Conditions:

  • Kama’āina rates are subject to restrictions and black-out periods.
  • Valid Hawaii State Issued ID is required in order to qualify for these rates. Name on valid Hawaii State ID must also match the registered occupant on the reservation. Rates are non-transferrable.
  • Rates are not combinable with any other promotions and subject to applicable taxes.
  • Third and fourth adult occupying the same room under a room only package may be added at a cost of $40 + applicable taxes per person, per night.
  • Run-of-House accommodations consists of Garden and Courtyard/Pool View category rooms. Room assignments subject to availability at time of check-in.
