Umalu at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa has refreshed its menu for spring and summer! Highlights include a Papaya Gazpacho, Dragonfruit and Matcha Cheesecake, and New York Strip. Umalu also hosts live music every Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hyatt Regency Maui was also just named a Top 10 Most Popular Honeymoon Resort in Hawaii by Conde Nast Traveler!

Lunch Menu

Umalu has added the following items to its lunch menu:

  • Hawaiian Flat Bread with pineapple and Canadian bacon
  • Veggie Flat Bread with mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomato and cheese
  • Crispy fried calamari sticks with coconut dipping sauce and fresh lemon
  • Papaya Gazpacho with avocado, tomato, Maui onion, cilantro, jalapeno and cucumber
  • Dragonfruit and Matcha Cheesecake with cashew crumble crust

Dinner Menu

Umalu has added the above new lunch items and the following to its dinner menu:

  • Seared Scallops with forbidden rice, green curry pea puree, tomato chutney and micro cilantro
  • New York Strip with volcano spiced roasted potatoes, Maui farm vegetables and pineapple chimichurri
