Every 2nd and 4th Saturday you can learn how to create your own sushi at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa’s Japengo. In this sushi school you will learn hands-on the art of sushi roll preparation from Japengo’s Chef Jay. Each participant is provided with a sushi station and the necessary tools to make exquisite sushi. Sushi tasting and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the class.
